The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our cabin crew team across our network of over 90 operational bases. Role Overview

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training course, encompassing fundamental safety and customer service skills. This program includes periodic examinations and culminates in supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. Following successful training, crew members will operate on a fixed roster, covering both early and late shifts, with report times ranging from 5:00 AM to midnight.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrable customer service skills with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptability to shift work, including early starts and late finishes.
  • Passion for travel and engaging with the public.
