Cabin Crew Recruitment – Ryanair Group
The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our professional cabin crew team. As Europe’s largest airline group, we operate over 3,600 daily flights across more than 90 operational bases. We are currently recruiting for the upcoming Autumn/Winter season and invite motivated candidates to apply for an opportunity to build a long-term career in aviation.
Position Overview
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week, company-provided training course. The curriculum covers fundamental safety procedures and high-standard customer service protocols. Training includes regular assessments, culminating in supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. The role requires commitment to a demanding shift roster, including early starts (from 05:00) and late finishes (up to midnight).
Candidate Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU with the ability to travel freely across the Ryanair Network.

Height between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.

A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.

Demonstrable ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
