The Ryanair Group is currently seeking motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join its team of over 16,000 cabin crew members. As Europe's largest airline group, operating over 3,600 daily flights across 90+ bases, the company is looking for the next generation of professionals to begin their careers during the Autumn/Winter season.
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training course to develop the fundamental skills necessary for delivering top-class safety and customer service. The role offers defined career advancement opportunities, ranging from base supervision to regional management and executive leadership roles.
This is a demanding position where safety remains the primary priority. Crew members must be prepared to operate varied shifts, including early mornings starting as early as 5:00 AM and late-night duties concluding around midnight.
