Job Description: Cabin Crew

The Ryanair Group is currently seeking motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join its team of over 16,000 cabin crew members. As Europe's largest airline group, operating over 3,600 daily flights across 90+ bases, the company is looking for the next generation of professionals to begin their careers during the Autumn/Winter season.

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training course to develop the fundamental skills necessary for delivering top-class safety and customer service. The role offers defined career advancement opportunities, ranging from base supervision to regional management and executive leadership roles.

Role Expectations

This is a demanding position where safety remains the primary priority. Crew members must be prepared to operate varied shifts, including early mornings starting as early as 5:00 AM and late-night duties concluding around midnight. Applicants should be prepared for the requirements of a fixed roster pattern.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Ability to speak and write in English with ease.
  • A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work a shift roster and adapt to changing environments.
  • Proven capability to provide excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
  • A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
