Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in operating more than 3,600 daily flights, ensuring the comfort and safety of over 600,000 daily guests. Key Responsibilities and Operational Duties
The Cabin Crew member is primarily responsible for delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience on board Ryanair Group aircraft.
- Executing all safety procedures and emergency protocols with precision, ensuring safety remains the number one priority.
- Providing exceptional customer service, managing passenger needs, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor throughout all interactions.
- Working effectively within a shift roster, which includes operating demanding early and late shifts. Candidates must be prepared to report for duty as early as 05:00 AM or return home as late as midnight on the afternoon roster.
- Adhering to all regulatory and internal operational standards.
- Generating additional revenue through uncapped on-board sales and product promotion.
Training, Progression, and Base Allocation
New entrants will commence their journey with a comprehensive, internationally recognized six-week Cabin Crew training course.
- The candidate will be required to study diligently, successfully passing regular examinations.
- Training culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the award of the official Cabin Crew Wings.
- The Group offers endless career opportunities, immersing successful candidates into a culture of rapid progression. Career paths include advancement to Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or aspirational roles such as Director of Inflight.
- Successful applicants will be assigned to one of the Group’s 90+ operational bases across the network, with recruitment currently focused on Autumn/Winter deployments.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this critical safety role, candidates must strictly satisfy the following criteria:
- Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the necessary documentation to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- The candidate must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Height must approximately be between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- Must be comfortable speaking and writing in English with complete ease.
- Must possess an outgoing, friendly, and hardworking personality, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to a shift roster.
- A genuine passion for travelling, meeting new people, and dealing with the public with a ‘can-do’ attitude is essential.
