Key Requirements
- Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union and/or travel freely across the extensive Ryanair Network.
- Candidates should maintain a height between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
- Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided and provide support to another individual in water.
- Exhibit a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality, crucial for effective team collaboration and passenger interaction.
- Be adaptable and willing to work a variable shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings, reflecting the 24/7 nature of airline operations.
- Possess a genuine enjoyment for interacting with the public and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Be proficient in spoken and written English, with the capability to successfully pass a mandatory English Language Assessment.
