Your Journey as Cabin Crew
The path to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This intensive program equips trainees with all fundamental skills necessary for their day-to-day role, focusing on delivering a top-tier safety and customer service experience to guests. The course includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Life as Cabin Crew
While life as Cabin Crew is both fun and rewarding, it is also a demanding position where safety is the paramount priority. The role requires flexibility, including operating both early and late shifts. Crew members may be required to report for duty as early as 5 AM on early rosters and not return home until midnight on afternoon rosters. Requirements
- Applicants must possess the unrestricted legal right to live and work within the European Union and be eligible to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Candidates should be approximately between 157 cm (5’ 2”) and 188 cm (6’ 2”) in height.
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is a mandatory requirement.
- Prospective crew members should be hardworking, flexible, and demonstrate an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Adaptability and a willingness to work a variable shift roster are essential.
- A genuine enjoyment in interacting with the public and the ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude are crucial.
- Comfortable proficiency in speaking and writing English is required.
