Recruitment is currently open for Cabin Crew positions across the Ryanair Group's extensive network of 90+ operational bases. Applicants whose submissions are favorably reviewed will be invited to attend an in-person recruitment event.

The Role

As a vital member of the Cabin Crew, primary responsibilities include upholding the highest standards of safety and providing a top-class customer service experience to all guests. The journey begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course, meticulously designed to impart all fundamental skills required for day-to-day operations. This intensive program incorporates regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the proud awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

This demanding yet highly rewarding position necessitates adaptability to varied shift patterns, including early morning starts as early as 5 AM and late-night duties extending until midnight. Safety remains the paramount priority in all aspects of the role.

Requirements

Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
Candidates should be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is highly valued.
Adaptability and a willingness to work a diverse shift roster are essential.
A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Proficiency in both speaking and writing English with ease.
A strong passion for travelling and meeting new people.
