Role Description

As a Cabin Crew member, the successful candidate will play a vital role in providing a top-class safety and customer service experience for guests across the Ryanair network. While no prior experience is required, candidates must demonstrate a strong team spirit and a proactive, enthusiastic approach.

The role involves operating both early and late shifts, requiring adaptability and a willingness to report for duty as early as 05:00 AM or conclude shifts as late as midnight. Safety remains the paramount priority, and successful candidates will embody this commitment daily.

Training and Career Development

New recruits will embark on a comprehensive 6-week Cabin Crew Training Course. This internationally recognised programme provides all fundamental skills necessary for the role, covering safety procedures, emergency protocols, and customer service excellence. The training includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the award of Cabin Crew Wings. The Ryanair Group fosters a culture of continuous development, offering clear pathways for career progression, including opportunities to advance to Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.

Application Process

The Ryanair Group is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its 90+ operational bases for the Autumn/Winter months. Qualified applicants will be invited to attend an In-Person Assessment Day on 24 September 2025. Invitations will be extended upon review of successful applications.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members should meet the following criteria:

Hold an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
Be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
Possess a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work a shift roster.
Enjoy interacting with the public and be capable of providing excellent customer service with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
Be comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
Exhibit a genuine passion for travelling and meeting new people.
