Role Description

As a valued member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew, individuals will be integral to ensuring the safety and comfort of guests aboard Ryanair Group aircraft. The journey commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course designed to equip new recruits with all fundamental skills required for a top-tier safety and customer service experience. The rigorous training program includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

The career opportunities within the Ryanair Group are extensive, fostering professional growth from day one. Potential advancement pathways include becoming a Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even aspiring to the position of Director of Inflight Services. While the Cabin Crew role is rewarding and exciting, it is also demanding, with safety as the paramount priority. The position requires adaptability to varying shift patterns, including early morning duties commencing as early as 5 AM and late shifts concluding at midnight. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and the flexibility to embrace such a schedule.

Key Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Maintain a height between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
• Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided and to support another person in the water.
• Exhibit a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Be adaptable and comfortable working a dynamic shift roster.
• Enjoy interacting with the public and demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude, coupled with the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Be proficient in both spoken and written English, with the capacity to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
• Show a genuine passion for travel and meeting diverse individuals.
