Responsibilities

Focus on both safety and customer care aspects.

Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.

Welcome and assist passengers during flights.

Act in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, integrity.
Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or over.

Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Hold a high school degree (Bachiller or equivalent).

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and the right to work in Spain.

Ability to swim.

Reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the Santiago de Compostela base and be prepared for this commute based on the work schedule.

No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.

Enthusiastic personality with a preference for working with people.
