About the Role
Royal Jordanian Airlines is seeking an experienced Captain to command and operate Airbus A320 aircraft from its base in Amman, Jordan. The role involves ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations in strict adherence to operational manuals, manufacturer procedures, and national/international aviation regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Assume full command responsibility for the safety and security of the aircraft, crew, passengers, and cargo.

Ensure aircraft operation complies fully with the Operations Manuals.

Exercise final authority to issue commands necessary for flight safety.

Ensure the proper execution of all operational checklists throughout all flight phases.

Manage and command normal, abnormal, and emergency situations according to approved procedures.

Ensure accurate reporting of operational, technical, and safety-related events.

Lead and manage flight crew, enforcing SOPs, CRM principles, and Threat & Error Management.

Conduct effective crew briefings and foster a strong safety culture.

Ensure all crew members comply with operational and regulatory requirements.
