The Role

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate is a natural communicator with a passion for guest safety and high-tier service. The following criteria are mandatory for all applicants:

Age: Minimum 21 years old.
Education: High school certificate or higher.
Experience: At least one year of experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
Physicality: Minimum height of 160 cm and an arm reach of 212 cm.
Language: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are considered an asset.
Swimming: Must be a confident swimmer capable of utilizing flotation devices.
Professionalism: Candidates must maintain a professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
Legal/Relocation: Candidates must meet Saudi employment visa requirements and be willing to relocate to Riyadh.
