Role Overview
Riyadh Air is seeking a visionary Cabin Crew Performance Lead to elevate cabin crew standards to unprecedented heights. This role involves collaborating with the Crew Support Management Team to design and implement a comprehensive performance matrix that directly impacts daily operations. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with industry safety and health standards, and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the Cabin Crew performance matrix, aligning it with Riyadh Air’s strategic goals and industry best practices.

Craft and implement policies and processes that maintain compliance with industry standards.

Drive operational efficiency and consistency in performance management.

Ensure the highest levels of safety, health, and environmental compliance within the Cabin Crew community.

Mentor and coach the Performance Officer team to support professional growth.

Cultivate a positive, high-performance work environment focused on continuous improvement.
Requirements

Education:
Minimum of a High School qualification.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an airline flight operations environment.

Leadership:
At least 3 years of experience in a Cabin Crew management or performance leadership function.

Certification:
Possession of a valid Cabin Crew license is considered an advantage.
