Role Overview
Riyadh Air is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of the Cabin Crew performance matrix. This role is responsible for the management and development of Cabin Crew Performance staff, ensuring teams operate with an embedded culture of safety, efficiency, and company values. The Manager will ensure all performance management policies, processes, and procedures align with the Guest Experience and Flight Operations vision while remaining fully compliant with GACA and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the management and professional development of Cabin Crew Performance staff regarding on-the-job performance and behavior.

Ensure departmental compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory programs.

Provide constructive feedback to Cabin Crew Training Management and Guest Experience teams to drive continuous improvement in training programs and guest touchpoints.

Support the recruitment, development, and daily guidance of the performance management team.

Utilize data analysis and detailed reporting to support operational decision-making.
Requirements

Degree qualified.

Minimum of 5 years of experience within an airline flight operations environment.

At least 3 years of experience in a Cabin Crew management or performance leadership function.

Proven experience in the mentoring and development of Cabin Crew.

Demonstrated experience in the compilation of detailed reports and data analysis.
