Role Overview

Riyadh Air is seeking a visionary leader to oversee Cabin Crew performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Crew Support Management Team to deliver exceptional operational support and ensure the Cabin Crew community thrives. This role involves designing and implementing a comprehensive Cabin Crew performance matrix, developing strategic policies, and ensuring all processes align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence, promoting performance consistency, and identifying opportunities for process innovation. The incumbent will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental compliance, while mentoring the Performance Officer team to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and professional work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Cabin Crew performance matrix in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Draft and implement policies and processes to ensure industry-standard compliance.
• Drive operational efficiency and consistency across the Cabin Crew division.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Mentor and provide constructive coaching to the Performance Officer team.
• Cultivate a positive, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: High School qualification is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an airline flight operations environment.
• Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a Cabin Crew management or performance leadership function.
• Preferred Qualification: Possession of a valid Cabin Crew license is highly desirable.
