Job Summary
Riyadh Air is seeking a visionary leader to oversee Cabin Crew performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Crew Support Management Team to deliver exceptional support and performance standards. This role involves designing and implementing the Cabin Crew performance matrix, developing operational policies, driving consistency in performance management, and ensuring adherence to safety, health, and environmental compliance standards.
The incumbent will also be responsible for mentoring the Performance Officer team, fostering a high-performance culture, and promoting continuous improvement across all cabin operations.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the Cabin Crew performance matrix in alignment with strategic goals and industry best practices.

Draft and implement policies and processes that ensure compliance and support organizational vision.

Drive operational excellence by promoting consistent performance management and identifying opportunities for process innovation.

Maintain the highest levels of safety, health, and environmental compliance.

Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to the Performance Officer team to support professional growth.

Candidate Requirements

Education: High School qualification.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an airline flight operations environment.

Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Cabin Crew management or performance leadership function.

Preferred Qualification: Valid Cabin Crew license.
