Qualifications and Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent command of English is required; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous for interacting with a diverse international clientele.
• Physical Requirements: A minimum height of 160 cm with an arm reach of 212 cm is necessary to effectively access overhead bins and emergency equipment.
• Age: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Swimming Ability: Confidence in water, including the ability to swim with a flotation device, is mandatory for safety protocols.
• Professional Presentation: A polished and professional appearance is expected, with no visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.
• Visa & Relocation: Candidates must satisfy Saudi employment visa regulations and be prepared to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as their primary base.
• Education: A high school certificate or equivalent, or higher education, is a prerequisite.
• Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or a direct customer-facing role is essential, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence.
