Position Overview

The Co-Pilot reports directly to the Department Manager and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with all applicable state, local, and federal regulations. This role involves operating Bombardier Global 6500 and Challenger 3500 aircraft, primarily for the transport of company associates and clients. Candidates must be prepared for 100% travel, including approximately 160 days of overnight travel per year, with international travel included.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently complete assigned flights in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Operate as part of a crew on Bombardier Global 6500 and Challenger 3500 aircraft.
  • Ensure all necessary manuals, charts, catering, and customer-specific items are correctly stowed on board.
  • Maintain proficiency through the successful completion of an initial Bombardier Global 6500 and Challenger 3500 training course or a recurrent training course with a check ride as a condition of employment.

Requirements

  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Houston, Texas.
  • Possession of an FAA ATP Airman Certificate.
  • Possession of a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Total flight time: 3,000 hours.
  • Total Pilot In Command (PIC) flight time: 1,500 hours.
  • Total Multi-Engine flight time: 1,500 hours, with 500 hours as PIC.
  • Total Turbine Engine flight time: 500 hours.
  • Total Instrument flight time: 250 hours.
