Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- License Requirements: A Commercial Pilot License (CPL) is mandatory, complemented by Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Engine (ME), Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC), and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).
- License Type: Open to EASA license holders.
- Type Rating: A type rating is not a prerequisite, as comprehensive training will be provided. Opportunities exist for self-financed type ratings.
- Medical Certification: A valid Class 1 Medical certificate is essential.
- English Proficiency: A minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 4 is required.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and German is a significant advantage.
- Passport: A valid passport without any travel restrictions is necessary.
- Background Check: Candidates must successfully undergo a thorough background check.
- Professional Demeanor: Excellent personal conduct, a confident and professional attitude, and strong interpersonal skills are paramount.
- Teamwork and Flexibility: A high level of team spirit, adaptability, and a willingness to undertake diverse tasks beyond standard flight duties are expected.
- Driving License: A Class B driving license and access to a car are required.
- Residency: Candidates should ideally reside in the immediate vicinity of Dresden.
