Position Overview
Priority Wire & Cable is seeking a professional and safety-oriented Flight Attendant to join the flight operations team in Little Rock, AR. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional in-flight service and ensuring the safety and security of all passengers during domestic and international flights. This role requires an individual who can work independently, adhere to flight program procedures, and maintain high standards of service and cabin cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the flight operations team and provide high-quality service to customers.

Conduct pre-flight safety checks and participate in pre-flight briefings regarding flight details, weather, and service plans.

Demonstrate the use of emergency and safety equipment and provide safety instructions, including evacuation procedures, to passengers.

Manage cabin services, including the preparation of the galley, restocking supplies, and serving meals, snacks, and beverages.

Maintain a clean and comfortable cabin environment and ensure proper stowage of carry-on items.

Address passenger inquiries, provide assistance to those with special needs, and provide reassurance during turbulence.

Administer first aid and medical care in emergency situations when required.

Direct contract flight attendant staff as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience (hospitality, food and beverage, personal assistant, concierge, or previous flight attendant experience).

Associate’s degree preferred; completion of Flight Attendant school is considered an asset.

Strong proficiency in MS Office and applicable flight software.

Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced, stressful, or emergency environments.

Must possess a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally; 75% travel is required.

Must reside within one hour of the hangar and maintain flexibility for an on-call, ever-changing schedule.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must be willing to undergo training in CPR and First Aid.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Employees must be capable of performing physical tasks, including standing, walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. The work environment varies between customer areas and heavy maintenance facilities. Candidates must be prepared to work in various weather conditions, around vibrations, and in areas where fuel fumes may be present. The work environment may involve high noise levels and extreme temperature fluctuations in the hangar.
