Full-time Cabin Attendant
Pentastar Aviation is seeking a dedicated and professional Full-time Cabin Attendant to join its flight operations team in Waterford, MI. This role serves as the primary Cabin Crew member on authorized flights, ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism are maintained. The successful candidate will facilitate a premium flight experience for passengers while representing the organization with distinction.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Cabin Crew member on authorized flights, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of cabin flight safety procedures and adhering to all security regulations.

Perform all standard Flight Attendant duties, including in-flight cabin services, meal preparation, and refreshment service to enhance passenger comfort and facilitate the flight experience.

Determine in-flight food service needs, organize catering logistics, and ensure the aircraft is fully provisioned and stocked.

Conduct ground-based duties including aircraft interior cleaning, passenger check-in, and baggage handling as required.

Coordinate with crew schedulers regarding future flight assignments and submit all operating and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain full proficiency in the Pentastar Aviation General Operating Procedures manual and conduct all assignments in a professional manner.
Candidate Requirements

Previous professional Flight Attendant experience is required.

Prior experience managing international flight operations is required.

Specific experience working on Gulfstream aircraft is required.

Demonstrated ability to perform all necessary cabin safety functions.

Possession of superior customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

Ability to manage and adapt to a changing work schedule.

The individual must reside within two hours of the Base of Operations (DTW/PTK).
