The Opportunity: Flight Attendant
PSA Airlines is actively seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to assume the vital role of Flight Attendant. This full-time position is central to ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of all flight operations while delivering an outstanding level of customer satisfaction. A Flight Attendant at PSA Airlines serves as a crucial frontline ambassador, meticulously upholding the highest standards of safety protocols, superior service delivery, and professional conduct, strictly in accordance with company objectives and all applicable regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
The Flight Attendant's responsibilities are comprehensive and essential for the successful operation of each flight, encompassing, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Assisting the Captain in the safe and efficient execution of flight operations, from initial planning stages through flight termination.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), Transportation Security Administration (TSA) guidelines, Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and all established company procedures and policies.
- Performing all duties assigned by either the company or the Captain in a correct and timely manner.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight inspections of all cabin emergency equipment relevant to the specific aircraft type, as meticulously outlined in the Inflight Manual.
- Promptly reporting any mechanical discrepancies or safety concerns to the Captain to ensure immediate resolution.
- Communicating directly and articulately to the Captain any perceptions or observations related to passenger safety, thereby contributing to a proactive safety culture.
- Maintaining an exceptional degree of crew coordination, professionalism, and effective communication with all flight crew members.
- Executing all assigned duties in a professional, efficient, and cordial manner at all times while on duty.
- Accurately completing all required records and reports as mandated by company policy and regulatory bodies.
- Assuming responsibility for compliance with the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and its associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support the efficient and effective operation of the department and the company as a whole.

Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates for the Flight Attendant position must meet the following stringent criteria:
- Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Completion of college education OR a minimum of two years of verifiable customer service experience.
- Demonstrated fluency in English, including the ability to speak, read, and write proficiently.
- Must be at least 20 years of age.
- Ability and willingness to relocate or commute to an assigned domicile.
- Adherence to specific height requirements: a maximum height of 6 feet 0 inches and a minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches (when wearing shoes).
- Possession of a valid US or Foreign Passport with all necessary applicable VISAs.
- If extended an offer of employment, must be able to provide documentation demonstrating legal authorization to work in the United States.
Additional Information
- Delegation: In the absence of the Flight Attendant, all responsibilities are formally delegated to the Manager of Inflight Operations.
- Supervisory Responsibility: This role is classified as a non-supervisory position.
- Work Environment: The primary work environment for this role is within an aircraft cabin. Occasional use of standard office equipment, such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines, and filing cabinets, may be required.
- Physical Demands: While largely a sedentary role, the position frequently requires the employee to stand, walk, climb up and down stairs, lift weight up to 25 lbs, utilize hands for handling or feeling objects, and reach with hands and arms. Regular talking or hearing is also an essential function of this job.
- Security Clearance: All employees are mandated to successfully pass a fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) in accordance with 49CFR1542.209, in addition to a pre-employment drug screen.
