About the Role

Nutrien, a global leader in crop inputs and services, seeks a dedicated Flight Attendant to ensure the safety and exceptional service for passengers traveling on its corporate aircraft. Based in [Location - if specified in source], this role involves pre-flight, post-flight, and boarding duties, maintaining cabin standards, and fostering positive relationships with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the passenger safety of all Nutrien employees and guests traveling on corporate aircraft.
  • Performing pre-flight, post-flight, and boarding duties.
  • Interacting with flight deck crewmembers to ensure safety.
  • Managing galley operations, food safety, plating, and table setting to provide personalized first-class service.
  • Demonstrating expert knowledge of corporate aircraft cabin amenities, emergency equipment, and procedures.
  • Maintaining the upkeep of the aircraft cabin while away from the home base.
  • Building relationships with the Nutrien Executive Leadership team, serving as a trusted provider and anticipating travel needs.
  • Undertaking other duties as assigned by the Lead Cabin Attendant.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Flight Attendant or Cabin Attendant in corporate aviation or charter operations.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid passport with no restrictions.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A high degree of focus on safety and service.
  • Flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, personal accountability, integrity, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take direction, demonstrate resolution skills, maintain confidentiality and discretion, and exhibit constant professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications Considered an Asset

  • A post-secondary degree.
  • Training in safety and emergency procedures, including CPR, AED, and first aid.
  • Training in inflight cabin service and food catering.
  • FACTS Training.
