About the Role

Ensuring the safety of all passengers aboard corporate aircraft.

Performing pre-flight, post-flight, and boarding duties.

Collaborating with flight deck crewmembers to maintain safety standards.

Managing galley operations, including food safety, plating, and table setting to deliver personalized, first-class service.

Demonstrating expert knowledge of aircraft cabin amenities, emergency equipment, and procedures.

Maintaining the upkeep of the aircraft cabin, including while away from the home base.

Building relationships with the Nutrien Executive Leadership team and anticipating their needs during travel.

Undertaking other duties as assigned by the Lead Cabin Attendant.
Requirements

Must possess experience as a Cabin Attendant or Flight Attendant in corporate aviation or charter operations.

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Possess a valid passport with no restrictions.

Demonstrate excellent time management skills.

Exhibit a high degree of proficiency in safety and service, flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, personal accountability, integrity, interpersonal skills, ability to take direction, resolution skills, confidentiality, discretion, constant professionalism, and attention to detail.
Qualifications

A post-secondary degree will be considered an asset.

Training in safety and emergency procedures, including CPR, AED, and first aid, is beneficial.

Inflight cabin service, food catering, and FACTS Training are also considered advantageous.
