About the Role
Nutrien, a global leader in crop inputs and services, is seeking a dedicated Cabin Attendant to ensure the safety and exceptional service for passengers traveling on corporate aircraft. This role involves comprehensive pre-flight and post-flight duties, close interaction with flight deck crew, and the provision of first-class inflight service. The successful candidate will be based at Nutrien’s operational hub, contributing to the company’s purpose of "Feeding the Future" through a culture of care and excellence.
Responsibilities

Ensuring passenger safety for all Nutrien employees and guests on corporate aircraft.

Performing pre-flight, post-flight, and boarding duties.

Collaborating with flight deck crewmembers to maintain safety standards.

Managing galley operations, ensuring food safety, and providing personalized, first-class service including plating and table setting.

Demonstrating expert knowledge of aircraft cabin amenities, emergency equipment, and procedures.

Maintaining the upkeep of the aircraft cabin, particularly during travel away from the home base.

Building relationships with Nutrien’s Executive Leadership team, serving as a trusted provider and anticipating travel needs.

Undertaking other duties as assigned by the Lead Cabin Attendant.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Corporate aviation or Charter flight attendant/cabin attendant is mandatory.

Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

A valid passport with no restrictions is essential.

Qualifications

A post-secondary degree will be considered an asset.

Training in safety and emergency procedures, including CPR, AED, and first aid, is beneficial.

Inflight cabin service and food catering training are advantageous.
