Cabin Crew Member - Stockholm

Norwegian is seeking dedicated individuals to join our cabin crew team in Stockholm, Sweden. Selected candidates will participate in comprehensive training courses scheduled between November and February to prepare for service in an international, fast-paced aviation environment.

Role Overview

Cabin Crew members are responsible for ensuring passenger safety and delivering exceptional service. This role requires the ability to manage diverse situations, maintain composure under pressure, and work effectively as part of a team of 2,500 crew members. Candidates must be prepared for a rotating 24/7 work schedule, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for providing a safe and memorable experience for passengers, handling in-flight operations, and responding to various passenger needs with a professional and caring approach.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age of 20 years.
  • Height of at least 160 cm, or the ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
  • Proficiency in swimming.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Scandinavian language skills are preferred.
  • Completion of upper secondary school (academic or practical track) or equivalent; relevant service experience may compensate for formal education in some cases.
  • Valid European unrestricted passport providing visa-free entry to destinations.
  • Valid work permit for Sweden.
  • Clean criminal record and ability to pass a background check for an airport admission card.
  • Ability to pass pre-hire drug and alcohol testing and obtain an approved medical certificate.
  • Residency within 90 minutes of the Stockholm base or willingness to relocate.
  • No tattoos on face or neck; tattoos on hands or behind ears must not exceed 1.5 cm.
  • Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) is preferred.

Important Information

Selected applicants will be invited to an assessment day. Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of the company training course and background vetting. Recruitment is ongoing for courses starting in the winter of 2026/2027. Please note that the selection process may take several months.

Travel Requirement: More than 150 days per year.
