Falcon 2000LX Pilot in Command (PIC)
Executive Jet Management (EJM), a Berkshire Hathaway company and a subsidiary of NetJets, is seeking a qualified and experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) for a Falcon 2000LX aircraft based in Bedford, MA (KBED). This is a multi-pilot account supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician and a Cabin Attendant, operating under both Part 91 and 135 regulations. The successful candidate must reside within a two-hour driving radius of KBED.

The Pilot in Command holds the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft. The PIC adheres to all company and regulatory requirements while consistently delivering an exceptional service experience to clients.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensures the safe operation of flight.
- Verifies crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Completes flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance tasks as required for each assignment.
- Utilizes Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead required briefings and mitigate operational risks.
- Adheres to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinates with company personnel as needed. Serves as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as defined by company policy.
- Completes all aircraft pre-flight tasks, including verification of aircraft maintenance status, to ensure mission readiness. Records all aircraft discrepancies in accordance with company SOPs.
- Ensures all aircraft ground servicing items (e.g., fueling, oil, oxygen) are monitored and accomplished according to SOPs.
- Conducts passenger briefings in accordance with company policy and regulations, delivering the highest level of customer service and addressing any special passenger needs.
- Employs Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to communicate effectively with crew and support personnel during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.
- Delivers an exceptional service experience.
- Provides quality service to owners and passengers, identifying opportunities to enhance the EJM service experience. Investigates and resolves service deviations regularly.
- Collaborates with fellow crew members and EJM internal partners to ensure a consistent service experience for owners and passengers, resolving conflicts and challenges constructively.
- Maintains proficiency and compliance.
- Maintains all regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience.
- Complies with the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program and reports safety or non-compliance concerns through appropriate channels.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:
- Prior experience in corporate/business aviation preferred.
- FAA Type rating in applicable fleet.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Minimum Time Requirements:
- Total flight time: 3500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
Base Salary Range:
- Small/Mid/Supermid Cabin: $160,000 – $325,000
- Large/Heavy/Premium Cabin: $160,000 – $425,000
