Corporate Pilot – Citation CJ4 & Falcon 2000EX

Location: San Jose, CA / Seattle, WA

Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Pilot to become an integral member of our Part 91 flight operations team. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Citation CJ4 aircraft, with an immediate opportunity to transition to a Falcon 2000EX. Long-term, the role offers the potential to advance to Pilot-in-Command (PIC) status on an ultra-long-range jet. A high degree of flexibility is essential, as schedules are subject to change based on dynamic business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Citation CJ4 and Falcon 2000EX aircraft in support of corporate travel, adhering strictly to all established safety protocols, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with the flight operations team and other relevant parties regarding flight plans, changes, and any pertinent updates.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to accommodate last-minute scheduling modifications, extended work hours, and extended periods of travel away from the home base.
  • Contribute to the ongoing upkeep and maintenance of the aircraft, ensuring its cleanliness, operational readiness, and adherence to all safety standards.
  • Maintain current and valid certifications and training as required by regulatory agencies and company policy.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is mandatory.
  • Prior experience operating both the Citation CJ4 and Falcon 2000 aircraft is highly desirable.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally without geographical restrictions.
  • Must be able to maintain flexible work schedule.
  • Must reside within a two-hour driving radius of the designated domicile.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Capacity to travel frequently and on short notice, which may include weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrated high level of professionalism, discretion, and a solid understanding of corporate travel requirements.
  • Must hold a current First Class Medical Certificate.
  • A collaborative approach, exceptional interpersonal skills, acute attention to detail, and strong organizational capabilities are required.
