We are searching for a reliable, trustworthy Chief Pilot to join our team. The Chief Pilot’s responsibilities include transporting passengers to domestic and international locations, overseeing all aspects of the operation, and facility, including maintaining the aircraft in an airworthy condition at all times.
Responsibilities:
The Chief Pilot manages all functions related to training, scheduling, management of flight crew and ensuring maintenance compliance
Maintains compliance with the Safety Management System
Complies with all FAA regulations
Determining the safest and most cost-efficient routes and analyzing flight plans
Keeping up to date with aircraft advancements and equipment.
Flight Management involves a second pilot, full-time attendant (supervision not required), and limited maintenance of hanger and interior.
Full time maintenance to be conducted by manufacturer or third party.
Requirements:
Excellent leadership skills, situational awareness, and professionalism.
Experience as a Chief Pilot and management experience.
