Responsibilities

Direct all aspects of flight and ground training programs.

Lead the development and implementation of new training programs and advanced technologies.

Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for the Flight Training Department.

Ensure training programs comply with all applicable regulations and company procedures.

Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively for timely and cost-efficient program delivery.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align training strategies with business objectives.
Requirements

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Part 121 airline training programs.

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Part 121 pilot operations.

An A320 type rating is preferred.

Demonstrated professional demeanor with the ability to model dedication and support for company goals.
