About the Position:
The Crew Training department is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Nominated Person Crew Training (NPCT), the CFI plays a crucial role in shaping and upholding the highest standards of flight training and checking within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all personnel involved in practical flight crew training and checking activities.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date practical training and checking programs, ensuring compliance with international, European, and national regulations.
- Oversee the execution of all practical training and checking activities, guaranteeing adherence to established standards and regulations.
- Provide support to the NPCT in the initial and ongoing standardization of training personnel responsible for practical flight crew training and checking.
- Actively participate in Instructor meetings, contributing valuable insights and expertise.
- Dedicate a designated number of days per month to office duties, commensurate with assigned responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 500 hours of simulator instructor/examiner experience on CS-25 aircraft types.
- Minimum 500 hours of supervised line flying experience.
- Ability to serve as a positive role model, representing the department and company with the utmost professionalism.
- Proven ability to engage and motivate fellow instructors and pilots.
- Unwavering dedication to maintaining high standards.
- Strong safety consciousness.
- Valid B767 simulator instructor privilege.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous managerial experience is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with CS-FSTD, Commission Regulation (EU) 1178/2011, and Commission Regulation (EU) 965/2012 is a significant asset.
