About the Role
ExecuJet Middle East is seeking a highly professional and experienced Cabin Attendant to join its Flight Operations division. This full-time position, based in Dubai, UAE, offers a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional service in the discerning corporate and private aviation sector.
The successful Cabin Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and service for passengers on board ExecuJet's fleet. Key responsibilities include:

Assisting pilots in the safe and efficient conduct of flights.

Immediately notifying the Pilot-in-Command of any emergency situation within the cabin.

Ensuring safety standards are maintained in the passenger cabin, galley, and all other relevant aircraft areas at all times.

Briefing passengers on the use of safety equipment and cabin procedures.

Ensuring passenger comfort in accordance with ExecuJet Middle East (EJME) policies, and maintaining a link between passengers and the flight deck crew.

Executing and coordinating all specified cabin safety and emergency procedures (OM & CCSEPM), and keeping the flight deck crew informed of all irregularities and malfunctions.

Completing VIP pre-flight, during-flight, and post-flight duties as a cabin crew member.

Responsible for aircraft upkeep, restocking, and cleaning of the galley, cabin, and bathrooms.

Executing VIP 5-star menu preparation, including creating and delivering catering for all flights and onward flights at outstations, within charter budget.

Ensuring impeccable dining presentation for food, drink, and table settings.

Completion and handover of relevant cabin-related documentation.

Maintaining professional appearance, personal hygiene, and upkeep of the provided EJME uniform.

Responsible for the upkeep of personal documents such as passport, visa, licence, medical certificates, crew ID, vaccinations, and EJME CCSEPM.

Applying comprehensive VIP knowledge, etiquette, and protocol.

Understanding and ensuring compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to the business.
Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in corporate or private aviation.

Minimum of two (2) years of regional experience, preferably operating for an owner.

Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Demonstrated professional demeanour and flexibility.

Proven ability to work effectively as a team player, including working well without supervision.

Capability to perform effectively under pressure.

A proactive and results-oriented approach.
Qualifications
-
Must hold a valid GCAA Cabin Crew licence or an equivalent international certification.
-
Holds a valid Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) certificate.
