Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in aviation and meet the following qualifications:
- Total Turbine Flight Hours: A minimum of 5000 hours of flight experience on turbine-powered aircraft.
- Turbine Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Hours: A minimum of 1000 hours serving as Pilot-in-Command on turbine aircraft.
- Type Rating: A valid Type Rating is a mandatory requirement.
- Flight Time and Qualification Specifics:
- A valid CS-25 Type Rating is essential.
- A valid TRI/TRE qualification is required. While an A220 TRI/TRE qualification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- Proven experience as a flight instructor is highly valued.
- A minimum of 5000 total flight hours and at least 1000 PIC hours on CS-25 aircraft are stipulated.
- Required Licenses: An ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) and a TRI (Type Rating Instructor) qualification are necessary.
- License Holder Eligibility: Candidates holding EASA licenses are welcome to apply.
- Medical Certificate: A current Class 1 Medical Certificate is required.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency: A minimum ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4 is expected.
- Education and Nationality:
- A general higher education entrance qualification, such as Abitur, Fachhochschulreife, or an equivalent qualification, is required.
- A passport with unlimited validity is necessary. If the applicant does not hold an EU passport, there must be no stricter entry restrictions than those applicable to EU passport holders.
- Language Skills: Confident verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, meeting at least ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4.
