Lufthansa Aviation Training Operations Germany GmbH (LAT OPS DE), one of Europe's leading Approved Training Organizations (ATO), is seeking experienced Type Rating Instructors and Synthetic Flight Instructors to join the team in Frankfurt am Main. The successful candidates will undergo further qualification to become a Synthetic Flight Instructor for the Airbus A220 (BD500).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions in accordance with LAT OPS DE standards.

Prepare training programs to meet specific client requirements.

Develop and enhance training materials.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates must possess long-standing experience as an instructor within flight operations or training organizations, along with the following qualifications:

Certifications:
-
For TRI candidates:
EASA ATPL with a valid Multi-Pilot Aircraft (MPA) type rating and valid TRI endorsement on B737, B757/767, or B777/787; valid Class 1 medical certificate.

For SFI candidates:
Evidence of a previously acquired MPA type rating (may be expired) and a valid SFI certificate for B737, B757/767, or B777/787; occupational medical fitness.

Experience:
Minimum of 500 hours of instructional experience in FSTD or aircraft; proven experience in a training environment (airline or training organization).

Language:
Minimum ICAO English Level 4.

Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office; strong social, didactic, and teamwork competencies; high customer orientation.

Flexibility:
Willingness to travel; willingness to qualify for an additional aircraft type; willingness to increase the workload to 80% during the qualification phase (approx. 3 months).
