A new airline within the Lufthansa Group seeks a highly motivated and skilled Technical Pilot A320 to join their dynamic team in Munich. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and compliant A320 operations while fostering collaboration between technical departments, fleet management, and the aircraft manufacturer. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical departments, fleet management, and the aircraft manufacturer.
  • Ensure the safe and compliant operation of A320 aircraft, adhering to all legal requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with aviation authorities, manage approval applications, and coordinate effectively.
  • Oversee the editorial process of the Operation Manual, including the Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and MEL Control Board.
  • Organize Maintenance Check Flights, including documentation, pilot selection, and training.
  • Coordinate Customer Acceptance Flights with fleet management, CAMO, and other relevant departments.
  • Evaluate technical requirements for new aircraft acquisitions, conversions, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate technical publications for flight crews.
  • Maintain regular communication with technical pilots within and outside the Lufthansa Group.
  • Participate in technical meetings and collaborate closely with technical fleet management and relevant departments.

Requirements:

  • Active A320 pilot with all relevant licenses.
  • A degree from a technical university or university of applied sciences, preferably in aviation technology, or equivalent experience in an aviation company's operational department.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of the A320 family.
  • Comprehensive understanding of flight operations processes.
  • Familiarity with relevant aviation laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Safety Management Systems (SMS).
