Lufthansa Aviation Training Operations Germany GmbH (LAT OPS DE), a leading European Aviation Training Organisation, provides full-flight simulator training for pilots from around the world across various aircraft types, including Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, and Embraer.

To strengthen its existing Instructor team, LAT OPS DE is seeking experienced pilots to further qualify as Type Rating Instructors for the A220 (BD500).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical and practical training in accordance with LAT OPS DE’s training standards.
• Prepare and deliver training tailored to customer needs.
• Develop and maintain training materials.

Requirements:

• EASA ATPL.
• Valid MPA Type Rating for BD500.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
• Native German speaker or German language proficiency at Level C1 (proficient) or ICAO Level 5 "Extended".
• Minimum 2,000 hours MPA.
• Minimum 1,000 hours on BD500, including at least 200 hours within the last 12 months.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and didactic skills, teamwork abilities, and customer focus.
• Willingness to travel.
• Willingness to increase work hours to 80% during the qualification phase (approximately 3 months).
