Loganair is seeking experienced Direct Entry Captains for its Manchester Crew Hub, operating flights in the Isle of Man on the ATR aircraft. About the Role
As a Captain, you will assume ultimate responsibility for the safety and operational integrity of the aircraft, crew, and passengers throughout each flight. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring all operations adhere to stringent regulatory and company standards, maintaining efficiency and safety from pre-flight checks to post-flight shutdown. Key responsibilities include overseeing all flight operations, making critical decisions during normal and abnormal situations, leading and mentoring flight crew, enforcing standard operating procedures, and championing a strong safety culture.
Requirements
- Full ATPL (UK CAA) with a current Class 1 Medical.
- Currently or recently operated in command on a multi-crew aircraft (MTOW >10t or 19+ passengers).
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety practices, and flight operations.
- Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure and make timely, sound decisions.
- Proven teamwork and leadership capabilities.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
Qualifications
- A valid ATR 42/72 Type Rating is desirable.
