Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Staff Test Pilot to join their MIL team at Edwards AFB, California, supporting the F-16 aircraft and potentially other programs. The Senior Staff Test Pilot will operate test aircraft during engineering flight tests, production acceptance, and flight-test support. Responsibilities include coordinating flight operations, approving cockpit configurations, conducting customer and government demonstration flights, providing F-16 performance expertise, developing requirements, and planning, executing, and reporting on flight tests across all F-16 models.
