Cabin Crew Member

LEVEL is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join its Cabin Crew team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring passenger safety and comfort while delivering exceptional in-flight service. This position is based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional in-flight service while maintaining passenger safety and security.
Collaborate effectively with flight crew and ground teams to ensure seamless operations.
Manage situations with composure, confidence, and professionalism.
Adhere to all aviation safety regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 years.
Must possess the legal right to live and work in Spain (EU passport holder or valid Spanish work visa).
Ability to obtain necessary visas for travel to the US and hold a valid passport permitting unrestricted worldwide travel.
Baccalaureate degree or equivalent diploma.
Valid Cabin Crew Attestation and EASA Cabin Crew medical certificate.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written, B2 level proficiency).
Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
Ability to reach a height of 212cm.
Successful completion of a criminal records check and a five-year background check.

Experience:

Prior cabin crew experience is beneficial but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
