Essential Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Legal eligibility to live and work in Spain (possessing EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work visa).
- Ability to obtain necessary visas for travel to the USA and hold a valid passport for unrestricted international travel.
- Minimum educational attainment of a Baccalaureate or equivalent diploma.
- Possession of a valid Cabin Crew Attestation and a current EASA Cabin Crew medical certificate.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) at a B2 level or higher.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight stays.
- Ability to reach a height of 212 cm.
- Successful completion of a criminal records check and a comprehensive five-year background verification.
Experience
While prior Cabin Crew experience is not mandatory, with comprehensive training provided, it is considered an advantageous asset. Aspiring candidates without previous experience will receive all necessary training to succeed in the role.
