About the Role

Serve as Second-in-Command (SIC) for company aircraft, assisting the Captain in all flight operations phases.

Conduct comprehensive pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight activities, including flight planning, weather analysis, aircraft inspections, fuel planning, and performance calculations.

Operate aircraft in strict accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, aircraft operating manuals, and standard operating procedures.

Execute domestic and international flight operations while maintaining paramount safety and service standards.

Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft airworthiness, readiness, and regulatory compliance.

Maintain meticulous operational records, flight documentation, and aircraft logs.

Provide professional, confidential, and customer-focused service to support passenger travel needs.

Communicate effectively with air traffic control, fixed-base operators (FBOs), maintenance providers, and ground service personnel.

Actively participate in safety management programs, recurrent training, simulator events, and professional development.

Demonstrate sound judgment and effective decision-making in both routine and irregular operating conditions.

Adhere to all KeyCorp policies and procedures, ensuring ethical conduct and acting in the best interests of clients and the organization.
Requirements

3+ years of professional piloting experience.

Experience operating turbine-powered aircraft.

Proficiency in knowledge of FAA regulations, flight operations, aircraft systems, and aviation safety standards.

Experience with multi-engine aircraft operations.

Ability to travel routinely and frequently, including overnight stays.

Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in corporate aviation, charter operations, military aviation, or commercial airline operations is preferred.

Experience supporting executive travel and customer service-oriented flight operations is preferred.

International flight operations experience is preferred.

Experience operating business jet aircraft is preferred.
Licenses and Certifications

FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating.

FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.

FAA Instrument Rating.

FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Valid Passport with the ability to travel internationally.

Type rating in the Falcon 2000LX is preferred.

Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), CFII, or MEI certifications are preferred.

Safety Management System (SMS) training is preferred.
