The Cabin Crew Manager will assume responsibility for the leadership and ongoing engagement with Cabin Crew Supervisors, Cabin Chiefs, and Cabin Attendants. This position reports directly to the Vice President Flight Operations and is an integral member of the Flight Operations Management team. The role is based at Jettime's Head Quarters in Kastrup.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and inspiring a skilled, motivated, and international team of cabin crew across Denmark, Finland, and Sweden.
- Developing and maintaining active leadership principles through Cabin Chiefs, ensuring clear direction and high crew engagement.
- Driving the recruitment and retention of top-tier cabin crew members who embody Jettimeās core values.
- Developing and maintaining the robust supporting structure of Cabin Crew Management, including direct supervision of four Cabin Crew Supervisors and a full-time administrative support.
- Assisting the VP Flight Operations in ensuring stringent compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, operational standards, and company policies/procedures pertaining to safety, employment, and qualifications within cabin operations.
- Collaborating with unions and internal stakeholders to foster transparent and proactive communication.
- Acting as a key stakeholder in the meticulous maintenance of the Flight Operations department's budget.
- Continuously improving cabin operations through a combination of curiosity, courage, and a strategic, business-oriented mindset.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a cabin crew member in operations, preferably within an airline environment comparable to Jettime's.
- Proven leadership experience, particularly in managing geographically dispersed and multi-locational teams.
- A solid understanding of aviation compliance, safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language (written and verbal) is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
