Aviation Pilot Position: Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess the following qualifications to be considered for this aviation pilot position:
- Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane multiengine class rating and English Proficiency endorsement.
- A minimum of 3,500 hours total time as a pilot.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours Pilot In Command time.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours turbine flight experience.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (RR).
- Current FAA first class medical certificate.
- US citizenship or proof of right to work in the US.
- Current passport or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules. Candidates must reside within a two-hour radius of the dispatch location to ensure timely reporting during assigned duty periods.
- Minimum age requirement of 23 years.
- Clean flight record: no accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions in the last three years.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are considered advantageous:
- CL-300 type rating.
- Flight department experience in accordance with FAR Part 91/135 regulations.
- Experience with international operations.
- Bachelor's degree in an aviation- or business-related field.
- Experience operating Learjet 45/75 aircraft.
