Second in Command (SIC) - Heavy Jet Pilot
We are actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Second in Command (SIC) to join our esteemed aviation team. This critical role involves operating heavy jet aircraft for both Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations, maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Serving as Second in Command aboard heavy jet aircraft, executing Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations with precision and adherence to established protocols.
- Diligent management of duty, flight, and rest times to ensure full compliance with both company regulations and Federal Aviation Regulations (CFRs).
- Maintaining consistent and proactive communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and the timely submission of all pre- and post-flight reports.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following flight experience requirements:
- Total Time: 2500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 500 hours
- Multi-Engine Time: 500 hours (with a preference for Multi-Engine Land experience)
- Turbine Time: 100 hours
Additional Requirements
- The candidate is expected to reside, or be willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out radius of the designated home base.
