Position Summary
Jet Aviation is seeking a professional and safety-focused Captain to operate the Challenger 350. The successful candidate will command private aviation missions with a commitment to precision, leadership, and discretion. As a brand ambassador, the Captain will ensure the safe and efficient operation of aircraft while providing an exceptional experience for discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities

Take command of assigned flights, ensuring safety and compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems to manage flight plans and adapt to changing operational conditions.

Perform duties as the In-flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under the applicable security program.

Conduct required passenger safety briefings or delegate to the Second in Command.

Manage trip documentation, aircraft manuals, and reporting of aircraft discrepancies.

Actively uphold safety protocols and foster open communication regarding operational hazards.
Required Qualifications

Certifications:
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical.

Total Experience:
3,500 hours total fixed-wing time.

Specific Flight Hours:
1,500 hours Pilot in Command, 1,500 hours Multi-Engine, 500 hours Turbo-Jet, 500 hours Turbine, 100 hours Night, and 75 hours Simulated Instrument.

Education:
High school diploma.

Licensing:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Availability:
Ability to work a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.
Preferred Qualifications

College degree.

Appropriate aircraft type rating and currency.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment

Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, kneel, or crouch.

Frequent lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting.

Must maintain sharp vision across various ranges and depths.

Work environment includes exposure to hangar settings, fuel fumes, vibrations, high noise levels, and changing seasonal temperatures.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $230,000 to $240,000. Final compensation is determined based on experience, location, and other relevant factors.
