Captain - Private Aviation

We are currently seeking an experienced, high-caliber Captain to join our flight operations team.
Position Summary
As a Captain at Jet Aviation, you will command aircraft within an elite private aviation environment, where precision, leadership, and discretion define every mission. You will bear ultimate responsibility for the safe, secure, and efficient operation of state-of-the-art aircraft while ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for our discerning clientele. Core Responsibilities

Take command of all assigned flights, ensuring full compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems to manage flight plans effectively and adapt to changing operational conditions.

Serve as the In-flight Security Coordinator (ISC) as required by the Twelve Five Standard Security Program or Private Charter Standard Security Program.

Conduct passenger safety briefings and foster a culture of open communication regarding safety and hazard reporting.

Record and report all aircraft discrepancies promptly.

Manage administrative duties, including trip documentation, aircraft manual maintenance, and accurate completion of trip paperwork.

Represent the Jet Aviation brand with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional service.
Requirements

Certifications:
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical.

Experience:
3,500 hours total fixed-wing time; 1,500 hours Pilot in Command; 1,500 hours Multi-Engine; 500 hours Turbo-Jet; 500 hours Turbine; 100 hours Night; 75 hours Simulated Instrument.

Education:
High school diploma required.

Licensing:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Availability:
Ability to work a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.
Preferred Qualifications

Relevant aircraft type ratings and currency.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This role requires regular use of hands, standing, walking, and sitting, with occasional climbing, kneeling, or crouching. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including overhead. The work environment varies from maintenance hangars to upscale customer spaces, involving exposure to noise, vibrations, and fuel fumes, as well as changing weather conditions.
Compensation and Benefits
