We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Captain to join our team and lead aircraft operations with precision and safety.

Position Overview

The Captain will operate the Bombardier Global Express XRS fleet, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and airmanship for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the safety of all crew, passengers, and cargo during all phases of flight.
  • Ensure full compliance with all operational procedures, checklists, and the Operations Manual (FOM).
  • Coordinate flight crew duties to optimize airmanship and ensure precise navigation and altitude adherence.
  • Monitor aircraft systems, handle fuel requirements, and maintain technical logs.
  • Conduct thorough passenger briefings regarding emergency exits and safety equipment.
  • Enforce strictly established safety protocols, including cockpit voice and data recorder policies.
  • Liaise with cabin crew to ensure cabin safety standards are consistently met.
  • Maintain high standards of professional conduct, appearance, and discipline as a company representative.
  • Manage incident reporting and remain current on all relevant aviation regulations and Air Navigation Orders (ANO).

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) with a current type rating on the Bombardier Global Express XRS.
  • Minimum of 5,000 total flight hours.
  • Minimum of 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on the specified aircraft type.
  • Hold a valid FAA, EASA, or UK pilot license.
  • Possess a current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Proven experience in international operations and navigating adverse weather conditions.
  • Strong working knowledge of aircraft systems, safety protocols, and aviation regulations.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities and communication skills.
