Jet Aviation – G650 Captain (Singapore-Based)
Jet Aviation, a global leader in aviation services since 1967, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join its Flight Operations team in Singapore. The successful candidate will uphold the company's commitment to safety, operational excellence, and superior client service within a dynamic and international environment. This role reports directly to the Director of Flight Operations.
Responsibilities:
The Captain's primary responsibility is the safe and efficient operation of G650 aircraft. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the safety of all crew, passengers, and cargo at all times.
- Adherence to all operational procedures and checklists as detailed in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Ensuring all crew members are at their designated stations before take-off, final approach, and landing.
- Preventing any non-essential crew activities during critical flight phases (take-off, initial climb, final approach, and landing).
- Maintaining the integrity of flight data and cockpit voice recorder data, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Effective crew resource management to optimize flight operations and airmanship.
- Precise navigation and strict adherence to minimum altitudes.
- Understanding and observing all aircraft systems limitations, ensuring proper use and handling.
- Rigorous adherence to checklist procedures.
- Fuel management ensuring sufficient fuel reserves for safe arrival at an alternate airport.
- Maintaining close communication with cabin crew to ensure cabin safety protocols are followed.
- Accurate completion of flight and technical logs.
- Prompt filing of occurrence and accident reports as needed.
- Maintaining familiarity with all relevant aviation regulations, Jet Aviation operations manuals, and industry best practices.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and representing the company to the highest standards.
- Compliance with the Operations Manual (FOM) and Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Briefing passengers on emergency procedures and safety equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current G650 type rating.
- Minimum 500 hours of G650 flight time.
- Willingness to relocate to Singapore.
