Jet Aviation is seeking a Captain for the Gulfstream G800 to join their flight operations team in Kowloon, Hong Kong. This role involves commanding an ultra-long-range business jet, undertaking international and VIP operations.
About the Role
The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, crew, passengers, and cargo. Key duties include adhering to company Operations Manuals, SOPs, and applicable regulations, exercising sound command judgment, and maintaining high standards of flight safety. The position requires effective coordination with flight and cabin crew, ensuring excellent Crew Resource Management (CRM) and airmanship. The Captain will also manage fuel planning, provide passenger safety briefings, complete required documentation, and represent Jet Aviation with professionalism and discretion while delivering exceptional VIP service. The role may involve working in demanding environmental conditions.
Requirements

A valid ATPL, with FAA, UK CAA, EASA, or equivalent credentials.

A Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Proven experience as a Captain on business jets or other relevant aircraft.

Previous Gulfstream experience is strongly preferred.

Strong international and/or VIP aviation experience is strongly preferred.

A Gulfstream G800 type rating is preferred but not essential; non-type-rated candidates will be considered.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

A strong understanding of CRM and modern business aviation operations.

A professional, calm, and adaptable approach in a demanding international environment.

Willingness to undertake international travel and work flexible schedules.

Ability to work in heavy maintenance and upscale customer areas, with potential exposure to moderate or loud noise, vibration, occasional fuel fumes, all weather conditions, and extreme seasonal temperatures.
Qualifications
