Jazz is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Flight Attendant to join their team, contributing to the Air Canada Express brand experience. This is a permanent, full-time position with shift work, offering a competitive salary of $34.80 per flight hour. The application deadline is April 20, 2025. The primary location for this role is Canada, with opportunities at various bases including Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal.

This individual will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of passengers while providing exceptional customer service. The Flight Attendant will cultivate a welcoming and comfortable environment onboard, projecting a warm, caring, and empathetic professional image. They will also prioritize safety, offering leadership and assistance to passengers and colleagues, and execute all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties in accordance with regulations and company procedures.

Jazz offers comprehensive paid training; no prior Flight Attendant experience is necessary. The position guarantees a minimum of 10 days off per month and a minimum of two weeks of vacation.

Candidates should be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. Fluency in English is required, while fluency in French is preferred. They must be a Canadian citizen or have Permanent Resident status, with the ability to travel internationally without restrictions, and hold a current valid passport with six months validity. A minimum of one to two years of customer service experience is required. This role requires individuals to be 6’1” (185 cm) or shorter. Successful candidates must be able to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card, and complete Jazz's Initial Flight Attendant Training Program (approximately 6 weeks). They must have strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and work well unsupervised. The ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is necessary.
