The role involves serving as Pilot in Command (PIC) for domestic and international missions, exercising final authority on all flight safety aspects, and meticulously planning and executing flight operations. Responsibilities also include comprehensive pre-flight and post-flight briefings, leading flight crews, coordinating with various internal and external partners, ensuring aircraft readiness, and maintaining high standards of passenger service and confidentiality. Accurate record-keeping, participation in training programs, and support for departmental improvements are also key aspects of this position. The schedule is variable, requiring availability for early departures, late arrivals, weekends, holidays, overnight trips, and extended domestic or international travel.
