Captain - Lockheed L-100 / C-130 Hercules

Seeking an experienced aviation professional to take on the challenging and rewarding role of Captain for a Lockheed L-100 / C-130 Hercules. This position, based in Mesa, Arizona, offers the opportunity to operate this iconic aircraft while contributing to a dynamic and growing organization.

Essential Qualifications:

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Proven flight experience on the C-130 / L382 aircraft
• FAA L382 Type Rating
• Valid Second Class FAA Medical Certificate
• Eligibility to work for any US employer
• Unrestricted availability for domestic and international travel

Desirable Attributes:

• 2500+ flight hours on the C-130 / L382 aircraft
• Extensive experience operating heavy turboprop aircraft
• Prior experience in aerial application and/or aerial delivery
• Total flight time exceeding 5000 hours

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage a small crew in remote settings. Responsibilities encompass all aspects of flight operations in a low-altitude environment, including meticulous adherence to safety protocols and regulations. This role requires strong personnel and project management capabilities. Candidates must be prepared for occasional travel outside the local area and internationally, potentially up to 45 days at a time. While travel is anticipated, it typically occurs no more than twice annually.
