Position Overview
Hong Kong Air Cargo seeks skilled and professional pilots to assume the challenging role of aircraft commander on the A330. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring proficient, skilled, and professional aircraft operations.
Minimum Criteria
- Valid ICAO ATPL
- Valid Class One Medical Certificate
- Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
- 5,000 hours of total flying experience
- 3,500 hours on jet transport aircraft above 50,000kgs
Specific Requirements
Type-Rated Candidates:
- 1,500 PIC hours on jet transport aircraft above 50,000kg
- 500 PIC hours on A330
Non-Type-Rated Candidates:
- 1,500 PIC hours on jet transport aircraft above 50,000kg
Preference will be given to candidates with experience on the Airbus family or Wide-Bodied aircraft.
Application Process
Interested pilots must complete the designated application form. All applications received will be kept on file for 12 months and will be reviewed for future openings. A recent certificate of no criminal conviction or its equivalency, issued by the relevant agency of the state of last residence of employment, is required for application processing.
Remuneration and Benefits
Hong Kong Air Cargo offers a competitive remuneration package, regularly reviewed, with a Captain salary range of HKD130,000 to HKD155,000 per month. Benefits include:
