The successful applicant must hold an EASA-ATPL and MCC certification, along with valid licenses and medical clearances as required by EASA. A Falcon 7X/8X rating is highly advantageous. They should possess a minimum of 1000 hours of jet flying experience. Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English is mandatory; additional language skills are a benefit. The candidate should be prepared to relocate to within 60 kilometers of Basel, Switzerland within German territory, if necessary.
