Essential Requirements for Pilot Applicants
All candidates must demonstrate adherence to the following mandatory professional qualifications, licenses, and proficiency standards:
- The pilot must hold a current EASA ATPL(A) license, inclusive of Multi-Engine (ME) and Instrument Rating (IR).
- The applicant must possess a valid ICAO English Proficiency Certificate (minimum Level 4).
- Maintenance of a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate is compulsory.
- All applicants must have a minimum experience accumulation of 2000 Block Hours total flight time.
Specific Requirements: Commander (Pilot-in-Command)
Candidates applying for the Commander role must be type rated on either the Airbus A320 or the Boeing 737, meeting one of the following specific flight experience requirements:
- A minimum of 500 hours accrued as Pilot-in-Command (Commander) on the Airbus A320 or Boeing 737 type; OR
- A minimum of 1500 hours accrued as First Officer on the Airbus A320 or Boeing 737 type.
Specific Requirements: First Officer
Candidates seeking the First Officer position must meet the following type-specific experience criteria:
- The applicant must be type rated on the Airbus A320 or Boeing 737.
- A minimum experience level of 1000 Block Hours accrued specifically on Airbus A320 or Boeing 737 aircraft.
